Alexandra Rossi

Alexandra is a french native who moved to the USA in her twenties. She pursued a painter career for a decade while living in Florida. After moving to San Francisco, her yoga hobby became a full time job.

Because she believes that to change the world, we have to start with children, she studied extensively early childhood education and palliative ways to ease stress and PTSD. She believes that Early childhood trauma is stoping many youth from learning and thriving in the system. So she teaches yoga alliance certified Yoga kids and teen training. Sharing Mindfulness, Peaceful communication and Self compassion  to youth, to schools, to parents and yoga teachers.

Her yoga journey took her to amazing teachers like Hala khouri, Pete Guinosso, and restorative yoga teacher Judith Lasater. During one teacher training she stumbled upon Jane Austin who influenced her to extend her knowledge to work with women. Offering ever since prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and yoga alliance certified Teacher Training. She also became a Doula and offer birth preparation and postnatal support .

Her mission is to bring healing and resources to all women and children. Peaceful alternative to life overwhelming events with present moment and embodied awareness. Over the years Alexandra has also studied mindfulness with John Kabat-Zinn and Buddhist philosophy with Jack Kornfield,Tara Brach, and Spring Washam. She believes in the benefits of yearly silent retreat and daily practice. All her yoga classes are influenced by her meditative and qigong practices.

She is married and has a teen daughter with whom she loves traveling and spending time in nature.
