I’m a soul seeker on a quest to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I teach Yin Yoga which brings unique physical, energetic, and emotional benefits. Poses are held for extended periods to lubricate joints and tissues, to practice mindfulness, and to cultivate chi flow in the body. It is often felt like a needle-less acupuncture session.
My classes are deliciously grounding and calming to help you unwind. We breathe deeply together and gently open the pathways of the subtle body through long held Yin Yoga poses to emerge more balanced during these difficult times. I also weave in the practices of InnerYoga to create awareness and kindness, Jin Shin Jyutsu® to balance the energetic body, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine for organ health and vitality. Yoga has helped me to explore my true nature and to wake up to see who I truly am. It's not always easy but it's real and I feel alive. I wish the same for you my friend.
