Tim J Luddy’s classes encourage awareness of breath, alignment and focus, so that each student can engage in a rigorous but safe practice, working their own physical edges while exercising self-compassion.

Tim’s teaching is informed by his studies in modalities including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Yoga Kurunta (Wall Ropes). He has earned RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider) certifications from the Yoga Alliance. Tim has also been trained and certified as an instructor of Lujong, a form of Tibetan yogic exercise, and has taught Lujong and meditation with the Wisdom Sun sangha.
